Okay, what do I want for Solstice/Hanukkah/Christmas/Kwanzaa? THIS THIS THIS. Please!

Seriously, this is my ultimate Batman & Robin fantasy come to life in the luscious forms of Angie Harmon and Sasha Alexander from Rizzoli & Isles. This is what I want to see coming at me in a dark alley. All the time!

The show itself may have cooled off but these two ladies are still smoking hot. Hey show, if your two stars look like THIS, why the HELL haven’t you come up with some half-assed plot (which we all know you’re very adept at) and dress them up like THIS? Forget the damn period piece costumes, do THIS.

And the fact that Angie is sporting an Alexander McQueen number when he was the chief designer at the House of Givenchy makes this photo all the more spectacular. I want to blow it up and plaster a wall of my house with it!

Sasha ain’t lookin’ too bad, either. The killer bee string bikini would go perfect at a wash n’ wax! Props to the celebszz.com website for finding and posting this pic; )

The "Sasha Loves Brandy Alexander" cocktail

Yes, ideal for the current season of fireplaces and fandom!

2 oz. rakija
1 oz. dark creme de cacao
1 cup ice
1/2 cup of half & half
marshmallow creme (aka fluff)

Combine the above (except fluff) in a standard cocktail shaker. Mix and then pour into a martini glass. Make sure the rim of the glass is generously kissed with fluff.

For fluffing the rim of the glass, take a spatula and spread a 1/4 inch deep circle of fluff out on a foil-covered board that is wider than the diameter of your glass. Dip the rim and slowly twist up for the fluff to stick.

Rakija is Serbian for plum brandy or Šljivovica -- only Stara Sokolova is served in my house but if you don't have to incur the wrath of Uncle Dusan, you can find fairly decent, inexpensive ones at BevMo.

Hello, everyone... all three of you! This is not going to be a magnum opus blog updated daily but a simple repository for my 'Thoughts, Fics, & Fancies.' So, here we go with a thought: I think I'm going to write something.

The fanfic involves my current TV show crush, Rizzoli & Isles. Not since the days of Xena and Gabrielle, Willow and Tara, and various ambiguous Space Opera babes in hot uniforms with big guns have I been so swept away. This story, like a fetus or a tumor, has been growing inside of me for a bit and now it needs to come out. Literally.

Finally, anyone fancy a cocktail? I know I do. Time to sip on some Sasha! A "Sasha Loves Brandy Alexander" to be exact. I concocted this little libation a month ago using rakija, creme de cacao, and fluff. Full recipe to follow.
